PAUL HERLINGER - "FRANKIE"



"Nightmare Theater" was a hosted horror movie show with Warren Reed as "Warren" and assisted by Paul Herlinger as "Frankie" presenting movies on Thursdays at 11:05pm (then Saturdays at 10:00pm) on KTNT-TV Channel 11 Seattle/Tacoma,

Washington, USA from 3 October 1957. The series moved to 10:00pm Saturday nights beginning 8 February 1958. The show ceased on Saturday 12 April 1958. "Warren", who pats snakes and speaks to skulls;

and his personal Frankenstein monster "Frankie" lumbers around playing with toys and giving his silent approval to stories read from fairy tale books by "Warren".

Warren Reed was also the voice behind "Crazy Donkey" on "The Brakeman Bill Show" between 1955 until 1975.


Sadly Warren Reed has passed away.
