What is known - one early station promotion featured the "Bluebird of Happinews", with the voice of Elroy "Buzz" Towers (who was voiced by an early station master control and videotape operator) in an invisible sky-blue helicopter taking jabs at local news on other stations. On 10 October 1985, Elvira made her second appearance on TV's Bloopers & Practical Jokes where she showed Dick Clark and Ed McMahon bloopers from her show and an clips from other hosts from all over the country. On this clip was a brief showing of "Leroy Buzz Towers". That is all the information I have. If anyone has any further information, I would be very grateful.
