"Horror Haiku" is an episodic nightmare that unfolds, guided by viewers' chilling haiku's. From a cursed dollhouse to an empty morgue, each haiku shapes a petrifying tale brought to life by Seraph Films. Viewers contribute to the horror by submitting their haunting haiku's, which are meticulously turned into spine-chilling episodes.

The series commenced in 2013, with hosts John C. Epperson (dressed as a priest) and Anne Leighton, presenting these short horror films. It appears that they only hosted the show during 2013; with J.T. Robinson hosting some shows during 2017; with the rest of the series not being hosted.
