SCOTT HARBAUGH
| "Chiller Theater" ... Back From The Dead. The Pittsburgh based version of "Chiller Theater" from 2019 until 2023, brings you the best and worst in classic thriller cinema. Hosted by Scott Harbaugh, the show screens on Saturday nights on PCNC at 11:30pm and the free WPXI NOW streaming app (Midnight).
"Chiller Clips" commenced on 15 September 2023, and featured short clips featuring a horror movie or a horror host; runnin g for 4 episodes.
Scott Harbaugh is a broadcast meteorologist known for his long-running work as the weekday morning weather forecaster on WPXI-TV (Severe Weather Team 11) in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania, USA.
Originally from Pittsburgh and a graduate of North Allegheny High School, He earned a Bachelor of Science in Journalism with a specialization in pre-meteorology from Ohio University. Harbaugh also received a Certificate in Broadcast Meteorology from Mississippi State University.
Harbaugh began his broadcasting career working as a meteorologist in markets including Zanesville, Ohio, Bluefield, West Virginia, Augusta, Georgia, and Rockford, Illinois. He joined WPXI-TV in 2005 and has been a familiar face to morning viewers, forecasting weather for the Severe Weather Team 11. Scott has earned recognition such as a West Virginia AP Award and holds the National Weather Association Seal, reflecting professional credentials in meteorology.
Harbaugh has expressed that forecasting weather in his hometown of Pittsburgh was a "dream come true". He actively engages with viewers, especially via social media, to share forecasts and weather updates.
